DOC Sicilia Grillo
Sicilian native grape Grillo appears in Sicily in the XIXth century due to the merging of the Zibibbo and Catarratto varieties. The most precious Sicilian white grape as it could be considered Grillo has a heavy and chunky skin gold colored crossed by rusty shades.
We want to serve a fresh and young wine that is able to show its richness for each tasting. Melovio is 100% organic Grillo, straw yellow colored it has a wide bouquet of aromas which prevalent the smell of white flowers and even citrus. Savourness and velvety are balanced with a creamy aftertaste.
