The only DOGC of Sicily deeply represents our territory. Properly it’s a blend of Nero d’Avola and Frappato that we’ve chosen for blending 50% of each one. The name takes its origin from “cirasa” the Sicilian word that means “cherry” due to its colour and flavour that resembles it.
Harvested in September it has a red cherry color. The bouquet has tyical red berry fruits scents and flavour too. Reveals an amazing elegance and softness with an intense wrapping and full taste.
